I had a terrible experience, Xiao sold me on a photo of one canvas and packaged a different one then rushed to ship it to the freight forwarder. I expressed that he packed the wrong canvas on the same day and he refused to stop the order. Since Alibaba always sides with the seller and couldn't understand that he posted the wrong item just to get his money I was stuck with it. Xiao would send crying emojis that he needs to feed his family and needed to continue with the sale even though what he did was wrong. I did not have the money for this and II'm very upset about what he did. Very bad service, I do not recommend at all. Steer clear! The photo shows that he sent a canvas that's different to what I agreed (I agreed to the pattern of the white canvas).
